Plastic Surgeons: There are over 5000 ABPS certified plastic surgeons, and of them only a small percentage are invited to join our plastic surgeon directory. I have personally checked the qualifications of our member surgeons. In fact, our plastic surgeons meet higher standards than those of any other referral service as we only list select plastic surgeons to be in our referral directory. Our plastic surgeons must also maintain that standard in order to remain in our surgeon directory. About

At the Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Denver and Golden, Colorado, Dr. Andrew Wolfe and Dr. Steven Vath blend time-tested, safe and effective plastic surgery techniques with the latest innovations. This means that women seeking breast augmentation in Colorado will find the surgeons offer much more than just implants. Dr. Wolfe and Dr. Vath work with the latest in saline implants as well as the FDA-approved silicone gel implants, for new breast enlargement surgeries and for replacement and revision procedures. In addition, they perform a number of nipple and areola-enhancing procedures, breast lifting surgeries, and breast reductions as well. Dr. Wolfe and Dr. Vath believe the best plastic surgery outcomes are achieved by establishing open lines of communication with their patients and relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Women who come to their offices in Golden or Denver for breast enhancement consultations never feel rushed. The surgeons and their staff spend a great deal of time with each patient, understanding their goals and concerns, discussing the pros and cons of each surgical option, reviewing diagrams and photos, pointing out possible risks and complications and answering any questions. When you choose to work with Dr. Wolfe and Dr. Vath, you’ll find you have the tools you need to make informed decisions about what’s best for you. Most important, you’ll have an honest picture of what plastic surgery can do for your breasts. And you’ll have the support of the doctors and their colleagues every step along the way to the new you. Meet Dr. Vath
Raised in New Jersey, Dr. Vath attended Tufts University before seeking his medical degree at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (Rutgers Medical School). After receiving his M.D., he embarked on his six-year general surgical residency at George Washington University. Along with discovering his affinity for plastic surgery, Dr. Vath had opportunity to dedicate a year to surgical research on infectious causes of death in the intensive care unit. He gave presentations on his findings at national professional meetings and published articles in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Vath trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the Louisiana State University Medical Center and Charity Hospital. Upon completing that residency, he chose to undertake further specialized training in cosmetic plastic surgery in a University of Southern California-affiliated program in Los Angeles. This cosmetic surgery fellowship is one of just a dozen in the country to receive accreditation from the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. About his work today, Dr. Vath said, “Because I truly enjoy both the artistic and meticulous aspects of plastic surgery technique, I thoroughly enjoy my craft. I sincerely love what I do: creating the finest possible aesthetic results for my patients using both surgical and artistic skills.” Dr. Vath understands that making decisions about breast enhancement surgery can be difficult. And he knows that deep emotions and sensitivities are often involved. He respects the individual concerns of each patient and seeks to establish a relationship based on honest, open communication. He notes that most patients discover that they can improve their appearance through plastic surgery and give their self-esteem a real boost. For Dr. Vath, “It’s my privilege to provide this kind of care for my patients.” Meet Dr. Wolfe Dr. Andrew Wolfe believes that to attain the best possible surgical outcome and create the most rewarding experience, the physician-patient relationship must be a true partnership. He believes strongly in patient education and takes time to ensure his Denver breast augmentation patients are well-informed and feel confident in their decisions. He describes his approach this way, “While it’s my job to provide women the information they need to understand breast enhancement surgery, it’s my pleasure to get to know each person’s dreams and frustrations, and to counsel them about their best options. Then we’re ready to create the right surgical plan.” Dr. Wolfe grew up in New York and attended Cornell University where he received his bachelor’s degree in psychology. Discovering he most enjoyed the technical aspects of his studies, he applied for and was accepted into an honors program at the Chicago Medical School. There he received his M.D. in combination with a master’s degree in pathology with a focus on wound healing. Drawn to plastic surgery for the opportunity to develop expertise in a wide range of procedures and the chance to blend personal and technical aspects of medicine, Dr. Wolfe was selected for the Integrated Program in Plastic Surgery at Georgetown University. This prestigious six-year residency is designed to improve the quality of plastic surgery training by immersing young doctors into extensive study and hands-on experience while filtering out unnecessary material. While at Georgetown, Dr. Wolfe worked alongside many renowned plastic surgeons, published a variety of articles and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha society, the national medical honors organization. “When you’re engaged in the work that’s right for you, you just know it,” says Dr. Wolfe. “Several years ago, I didn’t choose plastic surgery so much as it chose me. To this day, I know I pursued the right direction. I feel as passionate about my field now as I did back in medical school.” Another aspect of cosmetic surgery the Colorado plastic surgeon enjoys is its ever-changing nature. With patient safety and procedure efficacy the first priorities, Dr. Wolfe is eager to evaluate and incorporate new technology into his practice to benefit patients in Denver. For breast augmentation, for example, Dr. Wolfe is pleased to be able to offer a wide range of choices in implants and surgical techniques. Since 2001, Dr. Wolfe has been performing cosmetic surgery for Denver patients: breast enhancement, body contouring and facial plastic surgery. He and his family love living in the Front Range area, and he considers it an honor to serve his fellow Coloradans. Consultas en Español
