Surgery Sites Our Plastic Surgeons: Because we educate mostly breast surgery, liposuction and tummy tuck patients; we require our plastic surgeons to be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, which qualifies the surgeon to perform both body and facial procedures. By choosing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon; patients are ensured the surgeon has graduated from an accredited medical school and completed at least five years of residency (usually three years of general surgery and two years of plastic surgery). An ABPS certified plastic surgeon must also practice for two years and pass written and oral examinations in plastic surgery. There are over 5000 ABPS certified plastic surgeons, and of them only a small percentage are invited to join our plastic surgeon directory. I have personally checked the qualifications of our member surgeons. In fact, our plastic surgeons meet higher standards than those of any other referral service as we only list select plastic surgeons to be in our referral directory. 36 year old woman from Chesterfield, Missouri felt very self conscious about her flattened breasts after her children and did not like feeling so unsexy. She wanted to have her breasts lifted and more shapely. She underwent a breast lift (mastopexy) with a submuscular placement of a Mentor 450cc moderate plus profile silicone implant in one procedure. She is thrilled with the natural look and feel of her breasts, going from a 34 small C to a 34 full D bra size.

48 year old woman complaining of neck pain, shoulder grooving and skin rashes underwent a breast reduction and lift with insurance coverage. She went from a 38 FFF/GGG to a 38 D bra size. She is shown only 1 month after her surgery and already her scars are beginning to fade nicely. She feels like a new woman and wishes she had had the surgery decades ago. She is now able to exercise and lose weight. Her feels her breasts are better shaped, look perky, and she enjoys buying pretty bras instead of large ugly expensive bras.

33 year old, 5' 4", 120 lb Kansas City woman desiring very full but natural, proportionate breasts went from 34B cup to a 34 full D cup with Mentor saline round moderate profile 400cc saline breast implants filled to 450cc. Shown 3 months post operatively, inframammary incision and partial submuscular placement of the implants.

56 year old female underwent a previous silicone breast augmentation 15-20 years previously and was suffering from hardening of the breasts as well as the skin falling downward leaving the implants staying up high and hard on her chest. She was displeased with the feel of the breasts as well as the downward position of her nipples. She underwent a breast lift and removal of the implants and scar tissue. Her breast implants were replaced from under the breast to under the muscle with 250cc round smooth saline implants. Her breasts are now soft and lifted. Her post operative photos are taken 6 months after the surgery with the scars healing very well to the point of fading to an imperceptible line. Her future mammograms will also be easier because of the position of the implants under the muscle and softness of the breasts.
