As one
of only six Plastic Surgeons in the nation with a seven
year dual training in Orthopedic Surgery as well as Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery, Dr. Milind K. Ambe is uniquely trained to utilize the full
range of these new scientific tools, techniques and technology.
Through his extended residencies at Harbor-UCLA and UC Irvine Medical Centers, Dr. Ambe has had the rare opportunity to learn the latest in endoscopic/fiber optic techniques (as originally developed for intricate Orthopedic surgeries) as well as the latest in laser technology currently being used at UCI's renowned Beckman Laser Institute.
Combined with this highly specialized training in technology and technique, Dr. Ambe is also a classically trained pianist with a fine appreciation for the arts. Together this gives him a unique perspective from which to orchestrate his own personal blend of beauty and science.
