California
Center For Plastic Surgery is a medical center dedicated to helping
people look and feel their best. Under the directorship of Dr. S.
Sean Younai, the entire staff is focused on making your plastic surgery
endeavor a comfortable, safe, and positive experience. Dr. Younai
is a Board Certified plastic, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgeon
who is trained and experienced in all aspects of cosmetic plastic
surgery. He is a native of Southern California who practices in Encino.
Dr. Younai’s goal is to give his patients the care they deserve
along with the expertise and talent that delivers superb results.Dr.
Younai received his Medical Degree from the University of California,
Los Angeles (UCLA). He then trained in General Surgery at the University
of California, Davis, East-bay, followed by research fellowship
in plastic surgery at the University of Southern California (USC).
He completed his training in Plastic, Cosmetic, and Reconstructive
surgery at the Lahey-Hitchcock clinic and Harvard affiliated hospitals.
Dr. Younai has received additional training in the areas of reconstructive
hand and microsurgery at the University of Pittsburgh.Dr.
Younai has combined sixteen years of training, research, and teaching
with his clinical experience to offer his patients the knowledge,
expertise, and the confidence that they deserve. He is a Diplomate
of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the
American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Aesthetic
Surgery, and the American College of Surgeons. He has had many scientific
publications and has been awarded by the American Society of Aesthetic
Surgery for his contributions to the field of laser plastic surgery.
His latest scientific work on the skin tightening effects of the
CO2 laser was published in the September 1998 issue of the Journal
of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. The clinical implication
of this finding is that CO2 laser besides removing wrinkles will
also tighten facial skin, therefore, postponing a need for a facelift.Dr.
Younai is on staff at several hospitals on either side of town including
Century City, Encino, Tarzana, and Los Robles Hospitals. He performs
his surgeries either at these hospitals or at his private state
of the art surgery center adjacent to his office.
