Breast Augmentation Stories & Photos
Why did I have breast implants, I had what you'd call micro-plasia (minimal breast tissue or very small breasts), I had the surgery performed at age 38 after I had my two sons. I was teased a lot growing up as a teenager and was unable to fit into any clothes properly. I did not get really large implants I went from an A cup to a C cup. The personal satisfaction and self-esteem after the implants was important to me, very few people except my husband sister and brother know that I had the operation done. I would not deny it if anyone would have asked me though because I truly feel that if one perceives augmentation as an improved in their self-imagine go for it. I am truly pleased. My advice would be to be completely
well-informed, have the implants done by a certified plastic surgeon,
have at least two consultations with your surgeon before deciding to
have the surgery, know all the risks involved, and why you want the
implants. It won't give you a new life or save your marriage or get
you more boyfriends but it can make you feel good about yourself, if
done for the right reason. ~B

Breast Implant Size At my consultation I got to try on different sizes of implants. I tried on the 300cc & 400cc. I decided on the 400cc. I had a picture I got from a plastic surgery site online of what I wanted. I wanted to be a full C. I wanted to fill out my bikinis & shirts like I never did before! For once in my life I will fill out my clothes! It's a dream!!! At first I thought I was going too big but I'm glad I did get 400cc or else I would have regretted it. I didn't want to go to small because of ALL the money I was spending on them. I had the aerola incision & its a month after my surgery & you can barely even tell it was there. My surgeon is one of the best doctors in the country! The money was DEFINITELY worth it. I never had the depression after my surgery or anything. I was happy I did it the entire time after & still feel that way. I chose smooth, round under. 390cc filled to 400cc.
& he went BALLISTIC! I am still to this day kicked out of my house
& we have not spoken since. I'm not allowed to any family functions
because of him. Him & I never really talked anyway so I'm not worried
about it. If he really cared about me he'd understand but its been almost
2 months after my surgery. He took me off of the car insurance, medical
insurance & is making me put my car in my name. I'm writing this
story because I know young girls are afraid to do this because of what
their parents will do.
My mom was 110% supportive & I'm still very close with her. She stayed w/ me 3 days after my surgery cause she was so furious with my father for kicking me out. My mom knew about my getting the surgery a month prior. I went in for my surgery an hour before to make sure my blood pressure & all is well with me. The doctor came in to ensure I'm getting the right size & drew on my chest for surgery. I remember taking 5 pills & then talking to my mom for a half an hour. Then they had me change into the robe and go and lie on the table then I had an IV put in my arm. I don't remember anything after that I just remember waking up & them wrapping me. I had NO pain whatsoever after my surgery. I'm the biggest wuss on the face of this planet too! I was very surprised. If you expect the worse it will be a lot better. I felt sore every morning & occasional swelling but that's it. I had to take 4 different pills anyway so that helped too. I was in a moo moo for a week haha! I could lift my arm the next day almost the whole way. I took 2 weeks off of work & was fine to go back. I had to go back the next morning so the doc could check to see that everything is ok. Then I had to go back a week later to get my stitches out. You can barely even see my scar & its only been a month! I have to go back to take my pictures in July & for a check up. My sensation in my nipples is WAY sensitive but I like it! haha j/k I get occasional shooting pains, but rarely ever.
