28 year old woman who sought breast enhancement after having nursed 3 children and having had a breast biopsy of the right breast. She was concerned with the asymmetry and drooping (ptosis) of the breasts. The left breast was lifted more to match the right breast. A larger breast implant was placed on the right to better match the size of the two breasts. Her scars healed nicely 6 months after the breast augmentation with mastopexy.
