to settle and about a month RIPPLES?: yes RIPPLE COMMENTS: When I bend over(upper body lower then trunk)I have a few ripples under by breasts. Having a baby helped make them look more natural. But the worst part is that they got smaller, which has made me want to have them redone.

COMPLICATIONS: I didn't react well to the sedatives that I was given during my local anesthetic. I apparently was screaming in the middle of my surgery, which I was EXTREMELY embarrassed about after the surgery..I have no recollection of any pain during the surgery and I have no clue as to why I had such a bizarre reaction.

When I replaced my implants, the PS (original BA PS) wanted to use textured silicone. Even though they are under the muscle, I do have rippling. HAPPY OVERALL?: yes CHANGE IN NIPPLE SENSATION: My first surgery was in the areola. When I recently replaced my implants, I needed a lift (Binelli). After Pregnancy: Yes, I had two children and breastfed them without any difficulties. The breastfeeding really stretched out my skin, along with the weight of the implant. A lift was required because of this.

My right breast settled very rapidly, while I had trouble with my left. It was much more bruised and didn't seem to want to settle. There was scar tissue at the point of incision blocking it from dropping into place - thus, not only was I crooked, but my nipples did not line up. They were about 2 inches off! I had a second surgery 10 mos. after my first surgery to remove scar tissue. This procedure was done in the office under local anesthesia at no cost to me ---not a pleasant experience. (My husband thought that I was crazy. He gave me the old speech that no woman's breast are exactly the same. But I couldn't see paying all of this money and being disappointed.) I had immediate results in that my breast did drop down, but I am still not sure that the alignment is what I had hoped for. Had the surgery 6 weeks ago and I am seeing improvement every day. My Doctor assures me that I am on the road to perfection. They look perfect in clothes I might add - but I am hoping for the bathroom mirror after my morning shower to concur!

They do not look as natural as I would like but they look much better. RIPPLES?: yes RIPPLE COMMENTS: the ripples move about..mostly on the sides under the armpit. DOCTOR: Dr. Harold Bafitis placed these recent saline implants. No I would not recommend him! Unless you are into huge breasts then he may be your man. My original surgeon in 1979 who placed my silcone implants was great! He placed silicone and he put in the size that was in proportion with my body and they looked fantastic! His name is Dr. Elmquist! COMPLICATIONS: Yes, when the Dr. removed the silicone implants and scar tissue, he realized they were both massively ruptured. I had drains for about a week and was in great pain! After surgery, I was left in a room where no one could hear my cries for help to get up to go to the bathroom. Horrible experience altogether! I had told the Dr. that I wanted only a smidge bit bigger than the saline ones that he was removing and he told me to go and get some dirty magazines and pick out what I wanted to look like and when I showed him the picture -right before surgery he said that he felt that the picture of what I wanted to look like, that I wouldn't be happy with that size and that I would be sorry that I didn't go bigger! Very unhappy with these huge tits that everyone stares at. They are totally obvious. I hate wearing a bathing suit now because of them. I went from a natural looking C to an overflowing D! I hate them and I am going at the end of July to have them redone.
