I: am considering breast implant augmentation surgery

Would like breast implants because: My breasts are pretty small and very saggy. I am scheduled for implants and a lift in 3 weeks. I wonder if implants alone will help with my nipples pointing down. I really don't want all the scaring from the lifts but I don't want them pointing to the floor either. Will implants alone help?

Would like breast implants because: I once had larger breasts. After I stopped working out, they became much smaller and sag a little. I just want to go back to the size I once was.(Well maybe a little bigger HA HA)

I: am considering breast implant augmentation surgery

Would like breast implants because: I have always wanted to achieve an overall fuller appearance. I'm not happy with the way my breasts look, and have given a great deal of thought about having breast augmentation. It's always been something that I've wanted to have done, but more so in the past year. A couple of issues that are holding me back are: 1) distance ( I live about three hours from the nearest doctor) and also, I was hoping to get a recommendation from someone in my area who has had the surgery. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find anyone in my area. I'm looking for a good doctor in the Toronto area. If anyone knows of one, could you please let me know. And 2) I am also concerned about breast cancer detection. Has anyone else had any fears about this issue? Thanks, Morgan.

Would like breast implants because: before I had implants I was a 32A,I wanted implants to build my self esteem. All my friends either had them or didn't need them. I've been interested since High School.

I: am considering breast implant augmentation surgery

Would like breast implants because: I feel like there is an imbalance in my figure. Additionally since having two children and breastfeeding them my breast tissue on top is gone and I have bad stretchmarks underneath. My clothes do not fit correctly, and I would like to look more feminine. I have to wear push-up bras to show any bustline.

Are you concerned with what others might think if they noticed you had a : Somewhat, I always sneered at those women who thought they needed more breasts to be attractive, now I am one. I just don't agree with those who go "Overboard", I am very conservative.

COMMENT: I'm glad I found this site, and am thankful to the site owner for being so honest in her comments. It is very helpful to find others who feel this way. I assume that most of us here don't have anyone else to discuss this with who understands as much.
